Vivo S2 FE Launched With 10,000mAh Battery: Price, Specs and Features

Vivo has expanded its S-series smartphone lineup with the new Vivo S2 FE, putting battery endurance at the centre of the device. The phone features a 10,000mAh battery, along with a large AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity chipset and a 50MP Sony main camera.

The S2 FE is positioned as a 5G smartphone with a combination of long battery life, high-refresh-rate display and everyday performance. It is available in three colour options: Stellar Green, Titan Black and Zen White.

10,000mAh battery is the biggest highlight

The most notable feature is the 10,000mAh BlueVolt battery. Vivo says the battery uses fourth-generation silicon-anode technology and is designed to retain at least 80% of its capacity after 1,400 full charge cycles under its laboratory testing conditions.

The phone supports 44W fast charging and reverse charging, allowing it to supply power to other compatible devices. Vivo lists the battery's typical capacity as 10,000mAh, while the rated capacity is 9,800mAh.

Large 1.5K AMOLED display

The Vivo S2 FE features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 2800 × 1260 resolution. It supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and has a claimed peak HBM brightness of 2,000 nits.

The display also supports a wide P3 colour gamut and HDR10+ according to Vivo's specifications, making the large panel suited to video streaming, gaming and general multimedia use.

MediaTek Dimensity 7300e powers the phone

Under the hood, the S2 FE is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset. The phone comes with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage in the Indian market.

The device runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and GPS.

Vivo has also equipped the phone with a 3,800mm² vapor-chamber cooling system, which is designed to help manage heat during activities such as gaming, navigation and video playback.

50MP Sony camera and 32MP selfie camera

Photography is handled by a dual rear-camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary sensor and a 2MP secondary camera. On the front, the smartphone gets a 32MP selfie camera with a 90-degree field of view.

Vivo has also included AI-based imaging features such as AI Erase, which can be used to remove unwanted elements from photographs.

Durability and design

Despite its large battery, Vivo lists the phone at around 224–225 grams depending on the colour variant. The device measures approximately 8.6–8.7mm in thickness.

The S2 FE also carries IP68/IP69 protection and military-grade durability certification, according to Vivo's specifications. An in-display optical fingerprint sensor is included for biometric authentication.

Vivo S2 FE price in India

The Vivo S2 FE is priced at ₹38,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while the 8GB + 128GB model costs ₹42,999. The phone is offered in Stellar Green, Titan Black and Zen White.

Vivo has scheduled availability in India from October 20, 2026.

What makes the Vivo S2 FE different?

The phone's biggest selling point is clearly its battery capacity. A 10,000mAh cell is substantially larger than what is commonly found in mainstream smartphones, while the device still retains features such as a 120Hz AMOLED panel, 5G connectivity and a high-resolution main camera.

The combination makes the S2 FE particularly focused on users who prioritise long battery endurance alongside a large display and modern smartphone features. Its relatively high price, however, means buyers will also need to weigh the battery advantage against the phone's mid-range Dimensity 7300e platform.
