Sai Ganeshwara Rithvik Naragani Builds an Indigenous Technology Portfolio Across Logistics, Social Streaming and Digital Payments

A Technology Vision Focused on Local Empowerment

Sai Ganeshwara Rithvik Naragani is a Mumbai, Maharashtra-based technologist, cybersecurity expert and commercial venture builder. Recognised as the M-Hacker Winner in 2023, he brings experience in Python, technical architecture and offensive cyber defence to a portfolio of ventures spanning aerial logistics, digital communication, civic services and offline financial technology. His stated mission is to support grassroots economic empowerment, create employment opportunities for young people and reduce reliance on costly intermediary systems. The ventures address different needs while sharing a focus on local participation and practical access.

NARADHA AIR TX: Exploring Hyperlocal Aerial Logistics

One of Rithvik’s ventures, NARADHA AIR TX, is being developed as a decentralised drone-logistics ecosystem connecting neighbourhood merchants with local consumers. Its proposed delivery scope includes everyday goods such as groceries, food, medical essentials, parcels, clothing and accessories. The model is designed to help independent retailers reach customers directly and strengthen local commerce. The venture also aims to create skilled roles for certified drone pilots, security personnel, maintenance engineers and ground-control staff. NARADHA AIR TX remains in active development, with a launch date yet to be announced. By focusing on hyperlocal delivery, the concept places neighbourhood businesses at the centre of the proposed network instead of relying solely on large centralised distribution models. Its employment goals include operational and technical roles beyond delivery.

AYOO Technologies: Bringing People Together Online

AYOO Technologies focuses on interactive social media and shared streaming experiences. Led by Rithvik as founder and CEO, the platform is built around the ideas “Stay Close, Anywhere” and “Watch Together, Chat Together.” Its stated focus is on low-latency infrastructure that allows friends, families and communities in different locations to watch content and communicate in real time. AYOO is live at ayoo.lol, where visitors can explore the platform and its founder page. Shared viewing and real-time conversation are central to its product direction.

V4U – INDIA: A Digital Network for Local Services

V4U – INDIA is planned as a citizen and public-utility network intended to connect people with emergency services, civic assistance and neighbourhood tradespeople. The concept also aims to give local mechanics, technicians and independent vendors greater digital visibility while reducing dependence on costly intermediaries. According to the supplied information, V4U – INDIA is scheduled to launch on January 1, 2027. Its planned launch date is a future target, not confirmation that the service is already available.

ATIME ONE: Offline Payments for Low-Connectivity Areas

ATIME ONE is described as a fintech architecture designed for rural and low-connectivity environments. Its proposed system would support secure, hardware-enabled wallet-to-wallet transactions without requiring an active internet connection or cellular network, then reconcile transaction ledgers when connectivity returns. The project is presented as an effort to explore payment access in areas where reliable connectivity may be limited. Its app-based platform is scheduled to launch on May 1, 2027. Later reconciliation is intended to align records once devices regain connectivity.

Building Technology Around Indian Needs

Across these ventures, Rithvik’s approach centres on applying technology to practical needs: helping merchants reach customers, enabling people to connect across distances, improving access to local services and exploring payment tools for areas with limited connectivity. The projects are at different stages, from AYOO Technologies being live to other initiatives still under development or preparing for launch. Their proposed outcomes will depend on execution, adoption, operational readiness and the requirements of their respective sectors.

A Vision for Local Participation

Rithvik’s stated philosophy is captured in his message: “True innovation does not replace the local merchant—it gives them wings. Building for India means empowering every street, employing our youth, and ensuring our technological independence reaches the skies.” His accompanying slogan is: “Built by Indian Minds. Powered by Local Hands. Scaling Indian Skies.” Together, these lines express a vision of technology that supports local businesses and creates opportunities while developing solutions for Indian communities.
